STILL MEADOW · PAINTING GUIDES
Preparing a painting for delivery
The right delivery arrangement depends on the physical painting, frame and destination. Confirm the plan before payment and keep the agreed details with your order.

Confirm the supplied form
Ask whether the work will arrive framed, stretched or rolled, and what you will need to arrange after receipt. A large frame can change the packing dimensions and delivery route. Confirm that the quoted arrangement matches the object and finish you have selected.
Ask what the shipping quotation covers
Separate the painting, framing, protective packing, transport and any available insurance. Ask about the proposed carrier, expected dispatch window and whether destination taxes or import charges are included. An estimate of transit time is not a guaranteed arrival date.
Prepare for receipt
Provide an accurate delivery address and the contact information required by the carrier. Check that someone can receive the package and that it can reach the intended room. For time-sensitive events, tell the studio about the date before accepting the production and delivery plan.
Inspect and keep the packaging
Follow the studio shipping and returns policy if the package or work appears damaged. Take clear photographs of the package, labels, protective materials and the affected area, and contact the studio promptly. Keep the packing materials until the work has been checked and any claim instructions are confirmed.
Where are the binding delivery and return details?
Read the shipping and returns policy and the final written quotation together. The guide explains what to ask; the agreed quotation specifies the arrangement for your work.
