Open a painting, compare sizes and frames, and use the room preview to explore its placement. These choices help explain your preferences; the studio confirms the physical specifications before production.
02 — Send your enquiry
Continue to the artwork summary and submit a collection request with your contact and destination details. For a new custom subject, email the studio with your reference material and preferred dimensions.
03 — Review the written quotation
We confirm the artwork, size, frame, production arrangements and the shipping options available for your address. Shipping is calculated separately. Import duties, taxes and other destination charges are included only when the quotation explicitly says so.
04 — Confirm before payment
Review the specifications, total quoted amount, production timing, delivery terms and payment arrangements with the studio. Your enquiry and downloadable PDF are request records, not invoices or proof of payment.
Questions before you order
Does submitting a request charge my card?
No. There is no online charge at the enquiry stage. Payment arrangements are discussed after you have reviewed the written quotation.
Is international shipping included?
Shipping is quoted for your destination, dimensions, frame and packaging. Ask us to confirm any insurance, customs charges and taxes before accepting the quote.
How long will production and delivery take?
Timing depends on the agreed work, dimensions, framing and destination. We confirm an estimated schedule in your quotation rather than promising one delivery time for every painting.
