Still Meadow is an independent art studio based in Dafen Community, Buji Subdistrict, Longgang District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to sino_miles@foxmail.com.
2. Information we collect
When you submit a collection request, we receive the information you enter and the artwork configuration connected with that request.
- Name, email address and phone number
- Country or region, city, postal code and delivery address
- Selected artwork, size and frame
- Your message, request reference and submission time
- Basic technical information needed to operate and secure the website
3. How we use information
We use this information to answer your enquiry, confirm availability, calculate insured international shipping, prepare a quotation, prevent abuse, maintain records and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
4. Browser records and cookies
Your collection-request history and language preference are stored locally in your browser so that you can revisit them without an account. Clearing browser data or using another device removes that local copy. The studio copy in our order and email systems is separate. We currently use no advertising cookies.
5. Service providers and international transfers
We may use hosting, database, email, file-storage and logistics providers only as needed to operate the service. Because collectors and providers may be located in different countries, information can be processed across borders with reasonable contractual, access-control and security safeguards.
6. Retention and security
Enquiry records are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is required for an accepted order, accounting, dispute resolution or law. We use access controls and reasonable technical safeguards, but no internet transmission is completely risk-free.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or obtain a copy of your personal information, or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. Contact us by email; we may need to verify your identity. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not limited by this policy.
8. Children and changes
The service is not directed to children under 16. We may update this policy when our services or legal requirements change; the effective date above will be revised.
